Statistics on the current labour crisis.
Epson Industrial Robots solutions have reduced production expenses, improved product quality, and boosted customer product lines for more than 35 years, and they are available through Advanced Motion & Controls Ltd. This month, the distributor is holding two interactive Winter Training Sessions in Ontario to highlight Epson programming best practices.
These 2023 Winter Training Sessions are happening at the supplier’s facilities in Barrie, Ont. on March 21 and in Cambridge, Ont. on March 23.
A variety of Epson demos
Titled “Introduction to Robot Fundamentals Training”, both of these introductory training sessions will highlight a series of Epson best practices in programming that aim to improve operational productivity for the user. Advanced Motion & Controls will have a variety of Epson demos on hand for this interactive, hands-on seminar. Each event begins at 9 a.m. and lasts for four hours, with lunch provided.
The agenda for the event:
- Where to use the different categories of robots (six-axis, SCARA, Delta, and cobot)
- Basics of work-cell design
- Hands-on training on the basics of robot programming (EPSON RC+ and RC+ EXPRESS, six-axis and SCARA robots)
As a team of precision automation specialists, Epson Industrial Robots manufactures robotic solutions that are extremely versatile and offer a wide spectrum of automation possibilities. Among the automation tasks for which these robots are highly recommended are assembly, pick and place, part and material transfer, handling, packaging, kitting/tray loading, machine tending, screw-driving, dispensing, palletizing, laboratory analysis and testing, inspection, material removal from surfaces, finishing, and grinding.
The Barrie event takes place on March 21 at the Advanced Motion & Controls headquarters, which is at 26 Saunders Road. Interested companies located closer to Cambridge can attend the March 23 event, at the Advanced Motion & Controls office at 250 Thompson Drive, Unit 9.
