Nabtesco Molywhite RE No. 00 grease, available from Advanced Motion & Controls

That is why the company offers a line of lubricants, with two types of grease: Vigo and Molywhite grease.

Better efficiency, longer life

Nabtesco’s Molywhite RE No. 00 is a lithium grease that consists of synthetic hydrocarbon oil, refined mineral oil, and treated organic molybdenum compound. With extreme pressure characteristics and excellent wear resistance, this molywhite grease provides for flow into a complex lubrication of the reduction gear in a system. This not only improves efficiency – it also prolongs gear performance life.

A lubricant of yellow, semi-fluid appearance, Nabtesco molywhite grease has been developed and tested according to multiple ASTM standards, plus it has a working stability of 410 according to FTMS 791C-313. Other specifications of this product include the following:

• lithium soap as thickener.
• base-oil kinematic viscosity of 32.1 millimetres squared per second at 40 degrees Celsius.
• worked penetration of 415.
• dropping point of 193 degrees Celsius.
• evaporation loss of 0.82 per cent of mass over 22 hours at 99 degrees Celsius.
• oxidation stability of 20 kilopascals over 100 hours at 99 degrees Celsius.
• low-temperature torque at -30 degrees Celsius: starting torque at 11, running torque at two.
• low-temperature torque at -40 degrees Celsius: starting torque at 35, running torque at 5.1.

Advanced Motion & Controls Ltd. supplies this Nabtesco product in several order quantities: 400-gram tubes, cases of 20 tubes, two-kilogram cans, 16-kilogram pails, and 170-kilogram drums.

Also available from Nabtesco is Vigo grease, a soft lubricant that reaches to sophisticated lubrication points of reduction gears effectively. An EP lithium grease, it contains the same base oil as molywhite grease has, offering high efficiency and longer lubrication life.
